The Holiday Season always brings many social events, AAUW notwithstanding. We are blessed to have members who open up their homes, bring wonderful food to share, and an extra blessing of entertainment and gifts for all. This year Barbara and George opened their home to about 50 +/- members and spouses, who filled a room with warmth, laughter, friendship, and love.

A big ‘THANK YOU’ to Barbara and George for once again opening their home for our AAUW Holiday Party. Although it takes the Branch to make a successful event, it doesn’t happen without a lot of extra work on the part of a few… namely Barbara and George, Marion and ‘Pat’, their daughter Tracy and grandson Nick. Thanks also to everyone who participated and/or contributed. Marion put together such beautiful baskets and gift items for door prizes. A special ‘thank you’ to Troy Reynolds [Royal Pane] who donated two very generous gifts for our drawings. What a wonderful afternoon shared with friends.
